Warranty Claim Assessor (2명)
- Assess and authorize Warranty & BRI/BSI online manual claim assessments and claim authorizations based on NSC rules and guidelines
- Monitor and approve warranty claim requests and monitor pay-out values
- Monitor and approve special claim requests
- Monitor incoming claim requests via NSC on-line systems
- Maintain communication with various NSC internal personnel and provide status reports when and where necessary on relevant warranty matters
- Update new vehicle registration dates (DMS & NSC HQ system)
- Receive revise request from authorized dealers on mileage
- Response to the telephone inquiry from the Retailers
- Support Team Leader with various administrative duties, such as WTY/BRI monitoring, responding to Retailers requests and enquiries. (via E-mail and DSS warranty board system)
- Monitor telephone Calls from Retailers.
Respond to Retailers enquiries specific to warranty & BSI/BRI claims
Support Retailers enquiries with corrections to Warranty & BSI claims
Provide explanations to Retailers on claim approval & non-approval judgements
Respond to and support Retailers enquiries with special campaign information
Coordinate with internal NSC counterparts regarding specific decisions and trends on special warranty claims and issues
Maintain high quality and speedy resolution of authorized dealer enquiries.
