Warranty/Parts Audit & Scrap (2명)

Key responsibility and activities of the warranty auditors are as follows:
- Conduct warranty & BRI/BSI retailer audits according to the NSC guidelines and pre-defined systems and tools
- Prepare audit reports in line with NSC pre-defined formats and requirements, including documentation, photos of authorized dealer workshop facilities, parts storage centers, warranty parts
- Analyze retailer’s warranty operations based on warranty claim data and authorized dealer procedural operations
- Support on-site retailer consultancy on warranty and BSI operations, as required
- Support retailer with corrective action planning when required for warranty procedure improvement
- Investigate and analyze historical warranty performance of all retailer audit planning for an annual period
- Confirm audit schedules and make appropriate communication with retailers
