Warranty Claim Assessor – Team Leader (1명)

Team leader shall be recruited by the Supplier and have sufficient experience in warranty assessment support to Retailers to lead warranty claim assessment operations on behalf of NSC.
Key areas of responsibilities of the Warranty Assessor team Leaders are;

- Assess claim assessment volume daily and allocate task priorities and job allocation to warranty assessors.
- Monitor daily progress of claim assessments, and determine countermeasures and corrective actions at times of back-logs and delays
- Build team expertize by planning training support for Warranty assessor Team Members
- Assess quality of claim assessment processing of all Warranty Assessor Team Members
- Support and keep all stake holders updated and appraised with accurate information
- Assess and authorize Warranty & BRI/BSI online manual claim assessments and claim authorization
- Conduct dialogue when necessary with personnel at Retailers
- Prepare and submit a report to NSC within a week of completing a group seminar/Retailer workshop
- Take part in meetings and events held by NSC and support improvement in Retailer’s Warranty/BSI related operations.

- 매일 클레임평가 진행상황 모니터링 및 지연시 대책 및 시정조치 결정
- 보증평가사 팀원에 대한 교육지원 계획을 수립하여 전문화
- 모든 보증 평가자 팀원의 클레임 평가 처리 품질 평가
- 정확한 정보로 모든 이해관계자의 업데이트 및 평가 지원 및 유지
- 보증 및 BRI/BSI 온라인 매뉴얼 클레임 평가 평가 및 클레임 승인
- 딜러 관계자와 필요한 경우 대화 실시
- 그룹 세미나/리테일 워크숍을 완료한 후 일주일 이내에 보고서를 작성하여 NSC에 제출
- NSC에서 개최하는 회의 및 이벤트에 참여하고 소매업체의 보증/B 개선 지원SI 관련 작업.
